The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations of 2000 states that you as a client have the full right to cancel any order without giving a reason within 7 days of purchase. If your order has already been sent when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. You may exchange unused and unopened products within 30 days for alternative items. Refunds will not be given after 14 days under any circumstances

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, unopened. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations of 2000 require that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


While you are receiving your parcel from Courier Service/Post Office Please check the parcel, if the seal is broken or box is damaged.

In case if the box is damaged or seal is broken, file a complaint to respective postal/courier service and let us know as early as possible.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
